A New York Construction Accident Lawyer Who Represents Injured Workers Tracking Developments in Construction Accident Law.

I am an attorney who practices in New York and New Jersey. I received my B.A. from Fairfield University and graduated cum laude from Boston College Law School.

All of my work is devoted to litigation on behalf of consumers and injured persons, and one of my areas of focus is construction accident litigation.

I believe that the New York construction laws provide important protections for construction workers, who often are improperly made to work in dangerous conditions. I have litigated numerous construction accident cases in both state and federal courts on behalf of injured construction workers.

I am a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), the Association of the Bar of the City of New York City Bar where I sat on the Tort Committee, and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.

I have been a presenter at a Continuing Legal Education seminar, Bridging the Gap: Learning from the Stars, sponsored by the New York State Bar Association.  I have also authored numerous law-related articles that have appeared in major legal publications.

I believe that performing pro bono legal services is an important professional and civic obligation for attorneys, and I have served as a volunteer attorney at the New York City Housing Court, Eviction Intervention Services, and for the Cancer Advocacy Project of the New York City Bar Association.
